Meet the team

Behind every successful finance transformation is a team that knows the terrain — and can navigate it without getting lost in a maze of acronyms and meeting invites. At AIS Consulting, our people bring a blend of deep finance expertise, sharp problem-solving skills, and a practical approach that turns complex challenges into clear, actionable steps.

We’re a mix of strategists, technologists, and former finance leaders who’ve sat in your chair and faced your deadlines. We speak the language of business and technology — and, when needed, plain English. Above all, we work as partners, not just consultants, rolling up our sleeves to deliver results that last.

Now, let’s introduce the people who make it happen.

Azim Khan, FCMA
Director, AIS Consulting

Azim Khan is a Director at AIS Consulting and a long-standing leader within the CCH Tagetik partner ecosystem across the UK and Ireland.

With over 20 years’ experience in finance transformation, Azim specialises in helping Group Finance teams establish robust, scalable finance infrastructure that strengthens both reporting integrity and forward-looking performance capability. His work is focused on organisations operating in complex, multi-entity environments where control, audit readiness and forecast confidence are critical.

Azim joined AIS in 2002 following an early career in industry, bringing a practitioner’s perspective to finance system design and implementation. He played a central role in shaping AIS’s strategic direction, including its transition in 2015 to an exclusively focused CCH Tagetik partner – reinforcing the firm’s commitment to specialist depth, architectural discipline and reduced delivery risk.

He leads teams delivering enterprise-grade CCH Tagetik solutions across financial consolidation, group reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting. His approach emphasises structured, controlled transformation – ensuring finance functions are not only more efficient, but materially stronger in governance, scalability and resilience.

Azim works closely with CFOs, Group Financial Controllers and FP&A leaders across mid-market and enterprise organisations, supporting them in moving beyond fragmented processes and spreadsheet dependency toward integrated, future-ready finance platforms.
