Connect directly where it makes sense

CCH Tagetik can connect to source systems including SAP, Oracle, IFS, Infor, NetSuite, Unit4 and Microsoft environments. Where direct integration is appropriate, data can load on a controlled schedule and map into the Group Finance model without someone exporting and reshaping it every close.

Automate without a direct connection

Not every organisation wants, or is permitted, to connect directly to its source systems. Automated file-based integration provides another route - source systems produce controlled files, CCH Tagetik picks them up on schedule, and the process runs without Finance moving data from folder to spreadsheet to system by hand.

One mapping, not one per report

The same chart of accounts and dimensional mappings can support consolidation, planning, corporate tax and disclosure. When a source system changes, or a new account code is added, Finance updates the mapping once rather than maintaining a different translation for every downstream process.

Excel without the spreadsheet risk

Excel is not the problem - rebuilding controlled finance data in disconnected spreadsheets is. CCH Tagetik lets Finance keep working in Excel, using the tool they know and the skills they already have, while staying connected to governed data and a single version of the numbers. CCH Tagetik connects numbers and narrative into Microsoft 365, so the documents Finance produces stay linked to the underlying data instead of becoming static copies that start ageing the moment the numbers change.

Power BI without another finance data island

If your organisation already uses Microsoft Power BI, CCH Tagetik does not need to replace it. The built-in Microsoft-certified connector lets Power BI work with governed data held in CCH Tagetik, or CCH Tagetik data can be made available to the wider Power BI environment - either way, Finance provides trusted numbers to the dashboards the business already uses, without rebuilding another finance data layer. The same principle applies to Tableau or Qlik: your BI strategy doesn't need to change just because your finance platform does.

Running SAP HANA? Go deeper.

For organisations using SAP HANA, CCH Tagetik is available on a platform powered by SAP HANA and supports integration with SAP S/4HANA - a route to keep Group Finance close to the wider SAP architecture while still using a specialist platform for consolidation, planning and performance management.
