Junior consultants
You are a graduate with a few years work experience in finance or financial systems. You would like to train to be a consultant. You are motivated and driven and want to develop skills in business systems and consulting. You recognise that you have a lot to learn but believe you have the raw materials to succeed.
In two years you would like to be a well rounded consultant dealing with large clients and being a key player in projects.
Consultants
You have experience working as a consultant delivering business systems or working in industry doing the same. You have good business grounding and strong IT skills. You work on projects and understand software implementation life cycle. You are a problem solver and client facing. You consider yourself to be a good communicator and want to push yourself to acquire more skills and gain more responsibility in your role.
In two years you would like to be a project manager or lead consultant have a diploma in management consulting
Senior Consultants
You are an experienced consultant in industry or working for another consulting firm. You have experience managing projects or acting as the lead consultant. You are a safe pair of hands who is confident that you can manage a team and work through challenges.
The next step for you is to work in the remit of engagement manager being the main liaison for key clients and developing relationships. Key focus for you is ensuring clients are happy and looking for new opportunities to help them.
