What is the business process review?
It’s a high level report indicating the specific benefits to your business of implementing an SAP solution
How do we assess the benefit?
We produce a map of your existing processes and outputs (“as is”) and then construct a future process map (“to be”) using the appropriate solution - we identify likely areas of improvement: efficiency gains, cost reductions, time savings and improved analysis
How does it work?
We sign a non disclosure agreement and then you send us sanitised examples of your existing reports/Excel models. We then have an information gathering discussion with someone from your business during which time we jointly complete the Business Process assessment form.
Finally, we take the information away and compile a report indicating the improvements from implementing the appropriate solution
How long does it take?
You need to set aside 1 day for the information gathering meeting (depending on complexity of your processes) and then we send you the report within 3 working days
What processes can be assessed?
This assessment is intended for financial and management consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and analysis and reporting processes.
